To enhance the integrity and efficiency of the testing process, Systech equips vehicle inspection analyzers with a Live Video Chat feature, an innovative utility that has two important functions:
- It provides a wealth of resources at the lane inspector’s fingertips: if there is a problem, the inspector can immediately reach the right person for assistance. For example, a lane inspector encountering difficulties testing a vehicle can get direct access to a support technician.
- It offers real time trigger-based video chat: when alerted, agency staff can access an inspector directly using voice and video.
